Manual Wheelchairs Wheelchairs can be obtained from the Customer Service Desk on the Ground Floor of the centre. They can also be booked in advance by contacting the centre. There are no fees involved, however, your identification document will be required in order for all your details to be confirmed. Family Rooms Family rooms are available at all the public toilets. Parents can make use of these special facilities to feed babies and change nappies, in private. Our disabled toilets are fitted with panic buttons linked to our security control room.

You deserve to be treated like a celebrity guest at Gateway!! Valet parking is available in the Palm Boulevard at a nominal fee. Hand your car over to the professional valet parking staff who will ensure that it is safely parked in one of the parkades at the centre, call the special valet parking telephone number when you are on your way again and your car will be waiting for you.

7 Conference Facilities The conference facilities differ in size so is ideal for small office break-aways, brainstorming sessions and workshops to large scale presentations and seminars. 24-hour Fire Marshals A fire marshal patrols Gateway 24-hours a day to ensure that shopkeepers & customers adhere to all fire regulations.

Gateway is adjacent to the Umhlanga Hospital and has immediate support from and access to their 24-hour ambulance and emergency services.

On-site First Aid Facility Gateway boasts its very own, on-site paramedic during peak times (Wed - Sun & public holidays) with on-site first aiders on alternative days. We also have our very own sick bay/recovery room & Emergency Reaction Vehicle. This Emergency Response Unit will also assist you in any other type of situation such as flat car batteries, tyres and keys locked in vehicles. 24-hour Cleaning, Parking, Facility, Security and Waste Services These services are available to you every day through-out the day. We pride ourselves in the Gateway Experience and all on-site staff is trained to provide world-class service to our valued customers. Gateway is also a safe and secure, clean and well maintained shopping centre.
